At New Era Cap Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and headwear is returned in a crush-proof box to maintain its shape.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging; for caps, please use a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the generated prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any Australia Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
